The Dangers of Sitting
Take your phones calls standing up is just one of the tips recommended by the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) to help introduce less sitting time into your work day. Since most of us spend our days sitting at computers or in meetings, we are doing harm to our bodies that may undo any exercise we do outside the office.
