In House Human Resources was founded in 2007 by Bernadette Smith, CHRL, PMP. We are a human resources management company that provides human resources services to small business owners. We specialize in implementing health and safety programs, and ensuring our clients are in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Employment Standards Act, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, and other legislation affecting small businesses.

Our clients are employers in diverse industries with fewer than 200 unionized and non-unionized employees. They include: agriculture, warehouse and distribution, telecommunications, automotive, retail, printing, government, food service, software engineering, and not-for-profit employers.
